About The Class - Defensive Driving Class is administered by the Arizona Supreme Court, which mandates the amount of time spent in class and the curriculum to be taught. Our Instructors must be court-approved and must attend regular refresher training. Fees vary, depending on the court that has jurisdiction over your citation.

Attending a Defensive Driving Class is Cheaper - Attending Defensive Driving Class is usually less than the fine you would pay for the citation.

Keeping a Clean Driving Record - by attending the the class, the citation is diverted away from the courts and thus does not count as a conviction. No conviction = no points assessed against your driver's license, And that also means...

No Insurance rate adjustment - You will have no points assessed against your license, and your insurance rates should not increase (unless you have to make a claim against the company).

Avoiding Traffic Survival School - There are several situations that will cause you to attend Traffic Survival School:

Running a Red Light - You are required by Arizona law to attend Traffic Survival School if convicted of a red light violation. Red light violation fines are over $150.00 in Arizona, plus the cost of Traffic Survival School. In addition to the increased costs, you'll spend more time in a class and have points assessed against your driver's license!

16-18 driving on a Graduated Driver's License?
Upon receipt of your first conviction (if you are 16-18 and driving on a Graduated Driver's (Class G) License) Arizona law requires you to complete Traffic Survival School. Defensive Driving can keep you out of that class, lower your out-of-pocket costs and keep the points off of your license!

Refresher on Arizona Traffic Laws - Don't know all the recent laws and how they affect you? Our instructors willl teach them to you! Our costs for voluntary attendance at a Defensive Driving School are very low. Even better, voluntary attendance doesn't prohibit you from attending the class for a citation dismissal!
