About The Class - Defensive Driving Class is administered by the Arizona Supreme Court, which mandates the amount of time spent in class and the curriculum to be taught. Our Instructors must be court-approved and must attend regular refresher training. Fees vary, depending on the court that has jurisdiction over your citation. Attending a Defensive Driving Class is Cheaper - Attending Defensive Driving Class is usually less than the fine you would pay for the citation. Keeping a Clean Driving Record - by attending the the class, the citation is diverted away from the courts and thus does not count as a conviction. No conviction = no points assessed against your driver's license, And that also means... No Insurance rate adjustment - You will have no points assessed against your license, and your insurance rates should not increase (unless you have to make a claim against the company).
